I stayed at this hotel with a last-minute reservation and was pleasantly surprised by the comfortable rooms and the amazing view of the Duomo. The service was exceptional, with great advice on restaurants and a lovely breakfast served in our room every morning. The location couldn't be better, right in the center square overlooking the Duomo. The dining experience was delightful, with personalized meals served in the room upon request.
